| The African-American
Photographers Guild is a site of celebration, acknowledging the accomplishments of
African-American Photographer. The organization's main focus is historical, providing
information for schools and institutions on the obscure African-american photographer as
well as the more contemporary and celebrated artisan. Our website, though under construction, will strive to provide instruction and links to learning the art and business of photography, including a discussion board where artists of varying degrees of expertise exchange information and help others hone their craft. Providing valuable assistance through research to institutions both in and outside of the United States, the AAPGuild is now working with a production company in New York City on a future film project. For more information, email JoAnna Blanding-Koskinen, at: theaapguild@aol.com , or visit the website at: http://www.aapguild.org
